Traits
Very quick: +15 Movement elven form
Very agile:  +5 dexterity
Shifting talent:  able to shift forms very rapidly in a smooth transition.
High Fortitude: base level 12 in vampiric form, 8 in elven form
Eat Food:  they gain no sustinence but food does them no harm.
Only 1 Resurrection: they otherwise become wraiths or pass into the elven Halls of Annoria.
Shape Shift: Any animal form. Up to 1 per level. They can only shapeshift into the form of a dying animal they have touched, taking that animal's spirit into themself.
Regeneration: The have among the lowest regeneration of the vampires, with no base level unless in Vampiric form. They have only generation and age levels of regeneration, although in vampiric form they have decent regeneration.

Mental Projection: They can project moods, feelings to others, and create mental imagery which can be seen and felt by those subject to their power. {Constitution vs. Constitution}
Metaphysical Sight: They can see mood auras, power and energy fields, and into the veil of spirits.
Animal Kinship: They can communicate with and command animals.

Increased Height: up to +2 feet, with +1-HB per foot increase
Increased Strength: +4
Increased Stamina: doubles in vampire form
Shadowy Aura: MR 100% vs. Necromancy
Bestial Vampire: Winged vampiric (crinos) wolf, large wild dog, or big cat form
Improved Haste: +10 , +1 HB vampiric form, +Haste roll
Regeneration: +5

Inborn Powers
Innate Telekinesis: They can formulate telekinetic commands shortly after they are sired, and once well practiced at this ability, the can produce many kinds of effects.
Innate Storm Elementalism: They can command storms, snow and elements of storms innately.
